Manual recreation of their courses into a new, digital format was hard, time-consuming, and frustrating of course providers, so 2BeLive partnered with Outter to streamline course creation with AI.

The Challenge
Digital Course Creation was time-consuming, mostly manual, and frustrating for educator. Additionally, each 'copy-paste' operation required manual review for mistakes and correction, because of the nature of 'legacy' content - old PDFs, presentation and purely formatted DOC files.
Each course digitizing was at least a week of routine:
- Analyzing hundreds and thousands of pages of lecture note, textbooks, slides and articles, usually stuck in PDFs, DOC files and old PowerPOint presentations
- Educators had to manually extract headings, topics, lessons breakdown and put it into 2BeLive's LMS
- Various formats (textbooks, plain text, slide-decks) slowed down the process even more, requiring 100% manual recreating the lessons
